SOZ is designed around the minimum context needed to map and test a handoff. Forms prominently prohibit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, and confidential documents. No uploads are required.
Application data is hosted on Heroku in the United States. Stripe handles checkout and Resend handles transactional email. SOZ is not legal advice, a certification, or a replacement for your agency's own access controls.
